UNDER 8 JPL TRIALS

We're delighted to open trials in formation of our Under 9 teams for season 25 / 26 Junior Premier League (JPL) teams.

These trials are open to boys who are currently at age of Under 8. We invite all children who are currently playing at an advanced level of grassroots football and looking to be a part of a high level league being the JPL with all matches taking place on Saturdays. Our JPL teams register into the Heybridge Swifts FC central venue with all league matches played on their first team 3G pitch on Saturday mornings, meaning that no matches compromise any Sunday league matches

Our teams weekly training sessions are held Wednesdays in Basildon : 

Woodlands Secondary School, SS13 2EF

The Junior Premier League has now been successfully running for 11 years and is a PLAYER DEVELOPMENT FOCUSED LEAGUE.

Our Mezzie Youth JPL coaches who manage our teams and coach all sessions include:

Kudus Oyenuga - UEFA B coach and ex professional footballer

Garry Richards - UEFA coach and ex professional footballer

Jake Halsey - UEFA B coach and experienced professional academy coach 

Callum Butcher - UEFA coach and ex professional footballer

Darren Mcqueen - UEFA coach, ex professional football and currently playing semi pro with Hornchurch FC
